Fugazzi Angel Dust

What if packaging were designed entirely through storytelling?

Packaging is much more than a box. It is often the first tangible expression of a brand. Before experiencing the scent, using the product or seeing the campaign, the story should already be felt through the packaging.

With this conceptual redesign for FUGAZZI Fragrances Angel Dust, Unruffled explored what that could look like. Not by simply creating a “prettier” package, but by physically translating the fragrance itself.

Soft, powdery and mysterious, Angel Dust feels almost otherworldly, as if it was discovered rather than designed.

Created by magic, tested in the lab.

This tension between mysticism and science became the foundation of the concept. The translucent frosted packaging reflects the fragrance’s powdery character, while the blurred silhouette of the bottle adds a sense of mystery. Rather than presenting it as a traditional retail product, the fragrance appears to be preserved like a rare object from a laboratory archive.

Strong branding does not end with a campaign or social post. Immersive branding happens when every touchpoint tells the same story: From imagery, materials and textures to lighting, packaging and the physical experience surrounding it.

That is when packaging becomes more than something to discard. It becomes something people want to keep, collect and experience.

This is an independent conceptual project and is not affiliated with FUGAZZI Fragrances. It explores how storytelling and packaging design can strengthen one another and transform a fragrance into a complete brand world.
